Swedish Massage
Enjoy light to medium pressure with long flowing strokes that incorporate Effleurage, Petrissage, and kneading. This helps the soft tissue stretch and melt and release the fascia in a way that allows the muscle to completely relax, releasing tightness and tension stored in the muscles and body.
Deep Tissue Massage
Enjoy deliberate deep pressure designed to release less superficial muscles. Think of the muscles as layers. Deep tissue is used to manipulate and release tension and knots in the deeper layers of the muscular structure. Using techniques such as acupressure and trigger point, deep tissue incorporates the use of forearms and elbows to provide a harder pressure to the body.
Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy massage is performed with the client laying in the sidelined position using pillows to prop and position a woman in a comfortable supportive way. Different levels of pressure and techniques are applied to the body in areas where the most pressure and tension reside. Prenatal massage benefits the pregnancy process by reducing stress, body tension, swelling, relieving lower back pain, improving sleep and helps prepare and relax the body overall for the birthing experience.

Massage Bundles
Purchase a bundle of three 60-minute or 90-minute massages to receive a discounted rate. You can choose the same type of massage or customize your bundle by selecting different types of massages. You can communicate your desired massage type through email, phone, or in-person before the beginning of the massage.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require 24 hour notice to avoid loss of the deposit. If less than 8 hours notice is given, client is responsible for the 100% rate of the services booked. No shows are subject to 100% of the rate of services booked. At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required to secure the appointment date/time. Please note we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24 hours notice of your need to cancel or reschedule, we will credit your payment toward another day/time. If you do not cancel with at least 24 hour notice, you will forfeit any payments already made.

Hello, my name is Audrey Ray. I am a certified Massage Therapist located in Ross, in Marin County, California. With over 18 years of experience, I specialize in therapeutic massage that relieves stress and pain and promotes serenity and healing through my company, Serene Beings. I perform Swedish, deep tissue and prenatal massage, as well as acupressure, trigger point release, active and passive stretching, and myofascial release. Every client receives a customized treatment plan personalized to their unique goals. Whether occasional or ongoing, I aim to offer a healing and restorative experience that leaves clients in a state of peace and tranquility.
